Product and purchase terms

WAWebSender Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to the WAWebSender website, Chrome extension, free features, paid plan, activation and related support services.

Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026

Service operator: WAWebSender

Important agreement

Use WAWebSender only for lawful, consent-based messaging

By installing, accessing, purchasing or using WAWebSender, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You remain responsible for recipients, message content, consent, sending decisions and compliance with WhatsApp rules and applicable law.

01

Acceptance, eligibility and authority

These Terms form an agreement between you and WAWebSender. You accept them when you install or use the extension, access the website, create a payment session, purchase a plan or otherwise use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you use WAWebSender for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization.

02

The WAWebSender service

WAWebSender is a Chrome extension that assists users in preparing and sending personalized messages through WhatsApp Web. Depending on the available version and plan, features may include number and Excel import, group and label member selection, templates and variables, attachments, sending intervals, progress, result export and failed-send retry.

WAWebSender is a productivity tool, not a WhatsApp Business API provider, telecommunications carrier, messaging network or legal-compliance service. The extension performs actions through the WhatsApp Web session that you control.

03

License and ownership

Subject to these Terms, WAWebSender grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the service for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes during the applicable free access or paid plan period.

WAWebSender and its licensors retain all rights in the extension, website, code, visual design, documentation, trademarks and other service materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain responsibility for and any rights you lawfully hold in the recipient data, messages, attachments and other content you provide.

04

Recipient confirmation and responsible messaging

Before starting a task, you must review and confirm the intended recipients, message content, attachments and sending settings. You are solely responsible for each message initiated through your WhatsApp account.

You must have a lawful basis and any consent required to contact each recipient, identify yourself where required, keep messages relevant, provide a practical opt-out method and promptly honor opt-out or do-not-contact requests.

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, hate, malware, phishing or fraudulent content.
  • Do not violate privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection, marketing, intellectual-property, sanctions or other applicable laws and rights.
  • Do not use scraped, purchased or third-party contact lists unless you can lawfully use them and the recipients have provided any required consent.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization or hide the commercial nature of a message where disclosure is required.

05

WhatsApp relationship and account risk

WAWebSender is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms, privacy policy, technical limits and enforcement decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining your WhatsApp account and complying with WhatsApp rules. WhatsApp may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or change WhatsApp Web without notice. WAWebSender cannot control or reverse those decisions and does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

Random sending intervals, task pacing and deleting a conversation after sending are workflow controls only. They do not make unsolicited messaging permissible and do not guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions, reports, rate limits or suspension.

06

Pro purchases, activation and duration

Free features and allowances may be limited as shown in the extension or pricing page. A Pro purchase provides access for one month for the price, currency and features displayed at checkout. It is a single-period purchase and does not renew or charge automatically. To continue after expiry, you must make another purchase.

The activation code is issued for and bound to the WhatsApp account entered before payment. You must verify that the country code, account number and delivery email are correct. An activation code cannot ordinarily be moved to another account because you entered the wrong number, changed accounts or lost access to the bound account.

Prices may change for future purchases. Taxes, currency conversion or payment-provider charges may apply where shown or required. A price change does not shorten an already purchased period.

07

Payments and limited refunds

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Its terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment process. You authorize the single charge shown at checkout and confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and authorized.

Payments for a correctly delivered and usable activation period are generally final once service has begun. We will review refund requests where applicable law requires a refund, a duplicate charge occurred, or a verified technical failure attributable to WAWebSender prevented delivery or activation and support could not resolve it.

To request review, contact support promptly with the order email, bound WhatsApp account and enough transaction information to locate the purchase. Do not send full card details or publish an activation code. Account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp, failure to obtain recipient consent, change of mind, incorrect account information supplied by you or incompatibility caused by unsupported modifications do not automatically qualify for a refund, except where law requires otherwise.

08

Privacy and user content

Our Privacy Policy explains how the extension and website access, store and transmit information. You grant WAWebSender only the limited rights necessary to process data for the service functions you request, such as creating an order, delivering an activation code, providing support and measuring operational reliability.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and third-party personal data you process through the extension. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of your data and exported files.

09

Prohibited technical conduct

You may not misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to WAWebSender, its services or other users.

  • Do not bypass, tamper with or circumvent activation, account binding, quotas, security controls or plan restrictions.
  • Do not copy, resell, sublicense or distribute the extension or activation codes except where WAWebSender expressly permits it.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile or derive source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
  • Do not use automated means to overload service APIs, test vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malicious code or interfere with product telemetry and security systems.

10

Changes, availability and termination

We may update the extension, change or discontinue features, adjust free allowances, correct errors or suspend services for maintenance, security, legal compliance or changes to WhatsApp Web. We aim to avoid materially reducing an active paid period without a valid operational, security or legal reason.

You may stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, attempt to bypass controls or if continued service is no longer legally or technically feasible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

11

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAWebSender is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, message delivery, recipient engagement, business results, compatibility with every WhatsApp Web update, or avoidance of account restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAWebSender will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, reputation, messages, contacts, data, account access or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, WAWebSender's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid period will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected one-month period. These exclusions and limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

12

Indemnity and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful messages, recipient data, content, breach of these Terms or violation of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by WAWebSender's own unlawful conduct.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact support and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by applicable law without excluding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

13

Changes to these Terms and general provisions

We may update these Terms to reflect product, commercial or legal changes. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; WAWebSender may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger or transfer of the service subject to applicable law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the service unless separate written terms expressly apply.
