How to Use WhatsApp Bulk Sender

Follow the real extension workflow from installation and recipient selection to sending controls, exported results and failed-send retry.

Add WAWebSender to Chrome
Before you start:Use Google Chrome, sign in to WhatsApp Web and prepare a list of contacts who have agreed to receive your message.
  1. Step 1

    Install and pin the Chrome extension

    Open the WAWebSender listing in the Chrome Web Store, add it to Chrome, then use the extensions menu to pin WAWebSender for quick access.

  2. Step 2

    Choose how to add recipients

    Enter numbers with country codes, download and fill the Excel template, upload an Excel file, or select members from joined groups and existing labels.

  3. Step 3

    Write and personalize the message

    Select or save a template, insert the WhatsApp Number variable, add text variations or a timestamp, then attach an image, video, document or contact when needed.

    Configure the sending interval

    Choose a randomized time range between messages. Select an interval appropriate for your campaign and remember that pacing cannot guarantee protection from account restrictions.

    Monitor progress and export results

    Watch totals, duplicates, successes and failures while the task runs. Continue when appropriate, export the report and retry failed recipients after reviewing the cause.
