How to Use WhatsApp Bulk Sender
Follow the real extension workflow from installation and recipient selection to sending controls, exported results and failed-send retry.
Add WAWebSender to ChromeStep 1
Install and pin the Chrome extension
Open the WAWebSender listing in the Chrome Web Store, add it to Chrome, then use the extensions menu to pin WAWebSender for quick access.

Step 2
Choose how to add recipients
Enter numbers with country codes, download and fill the Excel template, upload an Excel file, or select members from joined groups and existing labels.

Step 3
Write and personalize the message
Select or save a template, insert the WhatsApp Number variable, add text variations or a timestamp, then attach an image, video, document or contact when needed.

Step 4
Configure the sending interval
Choose a randomized time range between messages. Select an interval appropriate for your campaign and remember that pacing cannot guarantee protection from account restrictions.

Step 5
Monitor progress and export results
Watch totals, duplicates, successes and failures while the task runs. Continue when appropriate, export the report and retry failed recipients after reviewing the cause.

Send responsibly
Message only contacts who have provided consent, keep the content relevant, honor opt-out requests and follow WhatsApp policies and applicable local laws.
