About WAWebSender
WAWebSender is a Chrome extension built to bring recipient selection, personalized messages, sending controls and useful results together beside WhatsApp Web.
Why we built it
Preparing the same outreach one recipient at a time makes it difficult to keep contact sources, message variations and results consistent. Different teams may already organize recipients in an Excel file, a WhatsApp group, a label or a reviewed number list.
WAWebSender brings those sources into one browser workflow. It keeps message preparation, attachments, pacing and result review visible so the operator can understand what is configured before and after a task.
We build one focused WhatsApp Bulk Sender workflow and explain its capabilities, responsibilities and limits in plain language.
What we build
Each product area supports a specific step between choosing a relevant audience and reviewing the outcome.
Enter numbers manually, upload an Excel file or select members from a joined group or existing label.
Save templates and combine WhatsApp number, time and Excel-column variables with recipient-specific content.
Add supported attachments, configure a randomized interval and decide whether completed conversations should be removed.
Review totals, duplicates, successes and failures, then export the result or retry failed entries after checking them.
Product principles
A useful browser extension depends on clear controls, accurate guidance and responsible product boundaries.
The next action, current setting and expected result should be understandable without complicated setup.
Users choose the recipient source, message, variables, attachments, interval and follow-up actions.
Pages and guides should reflect released behavior and avoid unverified safety or performance promises.
Improvements should address real workflow friction and changes in WhatsApp Web instead of adding unrelated complexity.
How the product evolves
WAWebSender follows a focused feedback and validation loop before changing the extension or its public guidance.
Support conversations and product feedback show where setup, sending or result review is unclear.
The team checks the issue against the current extension and WhatsApp Web before setting a product priority.
Product changes, guides and support answers are updated together so public instructions match released behavior.
